With 15+ years of HR leadership experience in fast-paced Marketing and Advertising organizations, I’ve seen firsthand what it takes to lead teams, navigate change, and build workplaces where people can truly thrive. My work blends real-world leadership expertise with proven coaching tools to help clients shift mindsets, build confidence, and lead with intention.
Along the way, I've earned my ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Energy Leadership Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), and DISC Certified Authorized Partner. I also hold a SHRM California Law HR Specialty credential.
I earned my BA of Business Administration, double emphases in Management and Business Law, from Loyola Marymount University. Go Lions!
My Story and Mission
As a First Generation Latina, I’ve always been passionate about learning, growth, and creating opportunities for myself and for others. Like many of us, I grew up hearing that success meant becoming a doctor or a lawyer. You can probably tell from my background that I was once on the legal path, but I chose Human Resources instead - a field where I could make a meaningful impact on people’s careers and lives.
After 15 years in HR, I discovered a new definition of success for myself. I made a surprise pivot into coaching and leadership development so I could serve leaders more directly - helping them not just navigate the workplace, but truly thrive in it.

Today, I’m passionate about helping First Generation professionals, HR leaders, and executives shed limiting beliefs, silence imposter syndrome, and redefine success on their own terms.
My mission is clear: to help you show up with confidence, lead with authenticity, and design a life and career that take you places you once thought were impossible.
My Programs
I guide leaders through my three signature programs:
- Balance and Boundaries for HR – helping HR professionals protect their energy, set healthy limits, and lead sustainably.
- Confident Careers for First Gen – guiding First Generation leaders to gain clarity, shed limiting beliefs, and design careers they love.
- Authentic Leadership – empowering executives and rising leaders to lead with purpose, empathy, and confidence in times of change.
In addition to these programs, I offer 1:1 leadership coaching, group coaching, and customized workshops for organizations seeking to develop authentic, confident leaders at all levels.
On the Personal Side
Born and raised in Los Angeles and a world traveler to 27 countries (and counting!), I bring a global perspective and values-driven approach to everything I do.
When I’m not coaching or leading trainings, you’ll find me exploring new places, enjoying good coffee, watching sports (go Lakers & Dodgers!), or planning my next adventure with my partner and our pup.
