Hi, I'm Lindsay Benitez!
Founder of Lindsay B Coaching, LLC.
I help leaders gain the clarity and skills they need to build their confidence in and out of the workplace, redefine what success truly means to them, and go after their most authentic careers and lives.
As a certified coach and trainer, I am dedicated to transforming leadership training by equipping managers with the skills, confidence, and cultural awareness needed to effectively lead multi-generational and cross-cultural teams. Drawing on my extensive HR expertise, coaching mastery, and lived experiences as a First-Generation leader, I empower and teach through transformative workshops, skill-building programs, and personalized coaching experiences. My mission is to empower leaders at all levels to build confidence, lead authentically, and create inclusive, inspiring spaces both within and beyond the workplace.
With 15 years of HR leadership experience with Marketing Advertising, and Entertainment organizations, I specialize in all facets of Talent Management - including Recruiting, Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Effectiveness.

I am a Credentialed Coach through the ICF (ACC), a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) through the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and a certified Energy Leadership Master Practitioner (ELI-MP). I earned my BA of Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University and also hold a SHRM California Law HR Specialty credential.
